As Cargo Officer I was responsible for:Planning and supervising cargo,ballast,tank cleaning operation/controlling trim,draft,stability and stress according to the required limits at all time.Ballast Water Managment Plan was up to date. As Environmental Officer I was responsible for: Garbage Management Plan-MARPOL Annex 5.
